1. Purpose of the Partnership
ABNR/X Capital provides its expertise and investor network to promote and market businesses, startups, and other business opportunities to potential investors, with the goal of facilitating negotiations and commercial transactions.
2. Obligations of ABNR/X Capital
By establishing a partnership for promotion, ABNR/X Capital agrees to:
- Promote business opportunities using its own resources, including but not limited to its investor mailing list and strategic partners.
- Share the contact information of interested investors with the partner whenever there is an expression of interest in the promoted business.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by partners and investors.
3. Obligations of the Partner
Partners wishing to promote their business through ABNR/X Capital must:
- Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information about the business to be promoted.

- Inform ABNR/X Capital of any relevant updates or changes to the previously provided information.
4. Remuneration and Commission
ABNR/X Capital is entitled to 20% (twenty percent) of the gross value of each successful transaction or deal resulting from the promotion carried out through its platform or mailing list. This percentage shall be paid by the partner upon the conclusion of the transaction, based on the total transaction value.
5. Term and Cancellation of the Partnership
This partnership agreement is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the start of promotional activities, automatically renewing for additional terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the end of the current term.
Either party may cancel this partnership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 (thirty) days in advance. In the event of cancellation, ABNR/X Capital will retain the right to receive its remuneration for all transactions completed up to the cancellation date.
6. Confidentiality
The information provided by both parties during the partnership will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party.
7. Final Provisions
ABNR/X Capital reserves the right to modify this Partnership Policy at any time, with prior notice to its partners. Any changes will take effect 30 (thirty) days after the notice is given.
